Problems with polypropylene piping systems?

PPR or Polypropylene Random piping systems are used successfully in Europe and other Countries around the world but all brands are having issues within Australia, why?

Phil Woolhouse has been studying plumbing pipe failures of all materials over the past 4 years and during that time has uncovered a network systematic problems not previously recognised in the plumbing industry, these issues have the potential to severely  shorten the life span of your piping system no matter what material.

Sometimes these system have been replaced with copper pipe only to find several years later that that material is also having issues.  When two different materials fail there is a strong indicator that the system design or installation may have some inherent performance issues.

In many instances PWH has found it has been the plumbing system that has caused the material failure and not a fault within the product itself.

Piping failures of any material are a costly exercise,  make sure your plumbing system is operating efficiently and not damaging your piping system.
